Ruby HS organises safety documents and records staff confirmations. Responsible managers remain responsible for document suitability, communicating changes and confirming staff understanding.

Before launch

The operator’s legal identity, contact details, VAT registration, privacy policy, customer terms, retention periods, data processing agreement and support arrangements must be confirmed before customer data is accepted.
